She ensures that families have their homes run effectively either by themselves or by the involvement of hired hands. Oreoluwa founded MAIDforME Services in 2017; a household management company. Her work at MAIDforME involves five major areas. She helps ambitious women to design and launch their dream careers or businesses beyond motherhood through individual coaching, her membership community and her weekly podcast. <span class="il">Janine</span> Esbrand studied for her LLB law degree at City University in London, before spending a year working at a law firm in New York. Upon her return to the UK, she completed her legal training and qualified as a corporate lawyer.</span> <p class="m_6385426294360613289gmail-p1"><span class="m_6385426294360613289gmail-s1">Alongside her legal career, <span class="il">Janine</span> trained as a career and executive coach and is a member of the Association for Coaching. She holds a BA in Educational Studies from the University of York,UK and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the university of Nottingham,UK alongside many other educational qualifications. During the course of her studies, she volunteered as a classroom assistant in primary schools in the York area. She then proceeded to return to MIS in Port Harcourt where she has risen to the position of Sectional Leader for the Teaching and Learning Development Unit. In addition to this position, she is currently the founder and oversees the day to day running of the MIS Early Learning Center, a purpose built daycare and preschool for children ages 3months - 5years. Though a brilliant teacher herself , her passion is to educate other teachers to improve their teaching skills as well as to empower schools and parents to improve the overall experience of childhood for their wards/children.
